Cosplay: Mirai Yashima (Part 3)

STEP 6: Progess Photos

Julia Child would say to make no excuses, but excuses I will make. The zipper hasn't been put in, nor have I added the sleeves yet. For these photos, I'm wearing a white turtleneck under what I have of the jacket, but I won't wear it underneath when the outfit is complete. These photos are not very flattering, due to lack of make-up other than lipgloss.



Once again, I must remember to pin the wig down next to my ear so that my real hair doesn't show. I don't normally have this problem, as for most of my costumes, I wear my Murrue wig, which covers my ears.



I'm wearing Murrue's Orb belt here, as I haven't made Mirai's belt yet. I also had a hard time keeping the wig tucked behind my ears with the collar open like that. Hopefully it won't be a problem when worn correctly.



That's my brother with the monkey. I'm too lazy to crop the photo (and my feet are pigeon-toed).
