Cosplay: Celty Sturluson

In case you aren't familiar with Durarara!!, Celty's a supernatural creature called a Dullahan. And her head is missing. Thus the reason my head is cut off in the photos.







The photos in the dark were taken with my camera on "night scenery" and "starry night" modes. I had to attempt to stand still for them, hence the blur.







Since Celty's head is missing, she communicates though her phone/PDA or using a computer.
