The boots.

Nikko got me the boots from a Halloween store.

In order to make them Sailor Moon's boots, I need to put white trim on them. To do this, I will use bias tape (in this case the wide double fold bias tape is called "quilt binding") and fabric glue (my favorite brand is Liquid Stitch. The little moon has two holes to sew it on.

Because we are gluing it on, we need to fold over the end so that there isn't a raw edge. So we apply some glue.

Fold it over to glue it down.

It will go on like this.

Applying glue to one side of the trim.

Gluing the back side down.

Gluing down the front side.

Tada! One side done.

And now the other side. We have to make sure that the fold and glue the edges.
Now for the moons!

You can barely see it, but there is one of the holes.

Sewing down one side.

Sewed down the other side.

Tada! It's done!
